Innovation´s Wormhole -The Truth- (english)

In my previous post "Innovation’s Black Hole" (I recommend reading prior to this second part) gave a blow on the table warning, with exaggerated example, of the consequences of not refine the use of new tools and services, as well as the uncontrolled financing – open crowdfunding - any idea that we can put on the ropes. Now I don’t want to dramatize but making remarks that are interesting.

The "Black Hole" that I used as simile of destruction becomes a Wormhole, which transports us to another dimension in communication and knowledge, when the technologies and innovative cultures used are correct and in a personal, corporate and social benefit. The sensations to discover are unlimited and therefore we have to be cautious.


The benefit of falling into a "Wormhole" is the transition to a new environment that assures us different emotions, never will be in the same place from which we came. But beware with these new emotions since they can cause a cataclysm in our perception of life in a very short time and cause a brutal collision. Emotions are the existence and therefore fuel if we put diesel in a petrol engine or vice versa commit our future immediately.

Innovation is unstoppable, but should be subject to human ethics and thorough security checks. Overcrowding opens the door to "distracted moral" people and the field of security is one of the essential props.

We are starting to roll down the first slopes of the Black Hole and no there who stop immersion in transformative innovation. It’s irreversible. We can take two options. The first is to combat the unstoppable attraction, suffer and spend energy to prevent being swallowed up by the innovation. The final will be the planned but with dramatic consequences for the loss of orientation and positioning on the other side, or even the disintegration to ignore the gravitational forces. The second is to use the funnel with the best position to take advantage of the speed and innovative force, joining fellow travelers with the same objectives and thus be stronger against friction and overheating by exposure to the transformation. The end, leave the wormhole, turned in a better, more powerful, stronger body and with a dominant position. A structure ready for the new world.

In this transition is not enough having will neither be aware nor even be convinced. The passives are not served in this trip, need a prior activity preparation, study, analysis, and strategy. The only concern should be "how we are going to leave", the time inside the worm will depend on how advanced we have duties:

  1. Innovative corporate culture
  2. Adaptation of business processes
  3. Technology-based
  4. Hierarchical structure
  5. Communication
  6. Partners
  7. People


Enter into Innovation’s Wormhole is sure, unless you want to stay in a dangerous balance between inward attraction and centrifugal force that would expel you to the total disaster. Both are undesirable for life.
